The Equipment Rental center is located in the Outdoor Pursuits office on court one in the back of the .

1. Complete the (login required).
2. Choose “select store” on either Equipment Rental or Resource Library (depending on what you would like to rent).
3. Select “make a reservation.” Read and accept the policy. 
4. Select a pick-up time and date and a return time and date.
5. Choose the gear you want to rent by adding to your cart.
6. Proceed to check-out and submit reservation.

We offer sleeping bags of varying degrees, various size tents, back packs of varying liters, sleeping pads, inflatable sleeping pads, chairs, stools, hammocks, and tubes.

• Individual renters can rent $675 worth of gear and $50 worth of resources from our resource library.
• Group renters can rent $3,375 worth of gear

As long as your student activity fees are paid, this service is available at no additional cost!

As long as you remain in good standing with Outdoor Pursuits, you may rent as many times as you want!

We ask that you return your gear the following Monday or Tuesday following the Thursday or Friday after you rent it out.

Of course. You can come by without a reservation request to take a look at our gear or if you have made a request and would like to see the gear set-up before you depart, we can help with that.

Depending on how damaged your gear is, you may be charged a fee. If this happens, you will be emailed about it. 

If you are trying to rent a specific piece of gear from our website, it may be unavailable because someone else is currently renting it out, it is quarantined, it has been damaged and is no longer in circulation, or you are over the price limit for your rental.
