How Can We Help?

Our services include, but are not limited to:

Advise, assist, and train administrators, faculty, and staff with respect to a variety of legal issues.
Advise and assist Human Resources with legal matters with regards to employment and employee relations issues.
In conjunction with the university's Research Foundation advise and assist with legal issues regarding inventions, copyrights, and other intellectual property for the university and its faculty, staff, or students.
Assist with the development of policies that align with the university's mission while preserving the legal, ethical, and financial integrity of the university.
Assist departments with administration and negotiation of third-party contracts, memorandums of understandings, personal service agreements, etc.
Notary services.
