Overview

Anna Pak is a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Management at the Mike Cottrell College of Business, specializing in Strategy and International Business. Her research interests center on the intersection of behavioral strategy and innovation, with a particular focus on the challenges and mechanisms involved in strategic decision-making across various dimensions of innovation, such as the timing and selection of innovation strategies. Additionally, she explores the effectiveness of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies and performance.

Her work has been published in high-impact journals, including Business Strategy and the Environment, and she has several revise-and-resubmit (R&R) articles under review at prestigious journals. Dr. Pak also serves as a reviewer for numerous academic journals, such as Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Journal of International Management, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, and European Management Journal.

In addition to her research, Dr. Pak is committed to excellence in teaching. She consistently receives high evaluations for her courses in Strategic Management, International Business, Leadership, and Business Ethics, which she teaches at both the undergraduate and MBA levels.
